Prohibited Activities

• Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of our Services, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. • Replication of Requests: Accessing the AI models by replicating the requests or simulating the behavior of the Services without our explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Requests: Sending requests on behalf of third parties or integrating EnteliMind's services into third-party applications without explicit permission is not allowed.

In case it gets detected, we may initiate legal action no matter harnessed commercially or non-commercially.

Use of Generated Content

You are permitted to use answers, images, and other content generated by the AI directly on the EnteliMind website for commercial purposes. However, the use of such generated content outside of the website's environment, including integration into other platforms or services, must adhere to the aforementioned prohibited activities.

Availability of Models

We strive to provide a seamless experience for all users, but we cannot guarantee the availability of all AI models at all times. Some models might be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or other unforeseen reasons.

Accuracy and Use at Own Risk

While we endeavor to provide accurate and helpful results, the AI models can occasionally produce incorrect, irrelevant, or unexpected results. All users are advised to exercise their judgment and discretion when interpreting and using the results. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on the Services will be at your sole risk. EnteliMind assumes no responsibility for any harm, damages, or loss that might arise from your use of or reliance on our Services.

User Conduct and Restrictions

Users found to be making excessive AI generations with the intent of abuse, or attempting to generate explicit, offensive, or sexual content, may face consequences including but not limited to warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the Services. EnteliMind reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and take appropriate action at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

EnteliMind, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the Services.

Modifications

EnteliMind reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will make an effort to inform users of any significant changes, but it is the responsibility of the user to periodically review these Terms for updates.
